So I got my sleeve 3 days ago and fortunately no complications.

However I have the WORST acid burn in my chest that literally flares up if I sip Water to anything....

Is this normal and will it eventually disappear ? I never had acid burn before surgery

My Doctor put me on Omeprazole from day one. I haven't had any heartburn.

I am also taking omeprazole and no heartburn. Check it out with your doctor.
