PheePhee320 0 Posted October 26, 2020 Can anyone suggest something I can try and satisfy my sugar crave!!!!Sent from my SM-A716U using BariatricPal mobile app
Jaelzion 1,127 Posted October 26, 2020 sugar free pudding, Light and fit yogurt, a Protein Bar (these work for some people but they slow my weight loss for some reason). Say cheese diet cheesecake is really good. It has 95 calories, 6 grams of carbs and 8 grams of Protein. What's the catch? It's crazy expensive: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BFWP912/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 One of my favorite treats is Kitu Super Coffee: https://shop.drinksupercoffee.com/products/maple-pumpkin-super-coffee I heat it up. add a dash of sugar-free flavoring and a couple of Splendas. It has 70 calories, 3 grams of carbs and 10 grams of protein. it tastes like a latte and is very satisfying. Be careful though, it's real coffee with caffeine so treat it like you would any other coffee product. Personally I don't do well with sugar-free candy, like Atkins Peanut Butter cups and similar products. My weight loss slows considerably if I eat them regularly. Hope that helps! MandoGetsSleeved 443 Posted October 26, 2020 I am in LOVE with PowerCrunch bars - I've found them at Walmart, Publix, and Target. They have a bunch of flavors. Full disclosure, they aren't the *best* nutritionally, but I eat about 1/2 of one every day. They do NOT taste like Protein Bars at all - And they actually have a great texture as well - Crunchy. 20 GRAMS Protein 4 GRAMS SUGAR
WishMeSmaller 1,274 Posted October 26, 2020 I am addicted to Built Protein bars right now. They are chewy and taste like a candy bar to me, but with 17 G protein. They can be high in kcals depending on flavors, so I usually use before or after a heavy workout, or to replace a meal. I love having a protein bar that is not gritty 😋
PheePhee320 0 Posted October 27, 2020 Thank you all for your help. I can't wait to try some of these. 😋

Surgerynx 7 Posted January 13, 2021 So after surgery, you are not allowed to have chocolates? even the sugar-free ones?
