Sent from my SM-G960F using BariatricPal mobile appI decided to quit when I started my journey for wls and I am officially on day 9 going cold turkey. If you need someone to talk to I am here. I smoked almost 2 packs a day for 15+ years. If I didnt quit cold I felt like I wasn't going to at all. Its just one step of many towards a healthy life change. *AmberLee* 1 Sarah MJ reacted to this

STLoser 1,099 Posted October 21, 2020 I smoked 2 packs a day for 13 years. I quit 21 years ago. Best thing I ever did. I went cold turkey. It was hard, but it gets easier with time and I don't miss smoking at all now.Smoking really interferes with healing so it's not good with the surgery.
