Max weight loss as well as best health benefits long term...it was the surgery I was looking at before I spoke to either of the surgeons and was the surgery both suggested.

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for my sleeve gastrectomy on Nov.11th. I was told I only need to do 3 days of pre-op clears diet. So I was relieved I don't have to do it as long. I've got like Bone Broth, sugar free Jello, sugar free flavors to add to Water. Any ideas for other things to drink?

Doing pretty good- thanks for asking! Rough afternoon on the 4th but woke up at 4am on the 5th feeling a lot better. Still really sore but that's to be expected. Most difficult? No Water until Thursday afternoon!!! So, so happy the surgery is in the rear view mirror!!

I’m glad to hear you are doing well. Covid test today and surgery in 2 more days.
