GradyCat 3,695 Posted November 17, 2020 I'm right here with you. I gained some COVID weight due to stress, closing of the gyms, and quite frankly just not caring for a while. I made some bad choices. But I'm back at it, refocused and never giving up. Have faith in yourself. You know what to do and how to do it and you CAN do it - - - you've got this!
