salasmarlene02@gmail.com 19 Posted October 6, 2020 Hello everyone, I and my revision on sept 10th from. Sleeve to duo switch . I started at 330 when I called my doctor by my first visit i was at 320 by my surgery date I was 312 by my first appointment after surgery I was 304. I am now 300 and the scale has not moved for me. I drink 64 oz of Water a day. I eat my Protein baked and take my Multi Vitamins. I work out 5 days a week. 3 days biking 2 days walking. I am frustrated with my results. I am stressed and worried that this surgery is not going to work for me. I have an appointment on the 16th and I know my doctor will be very upset. Has anyone else been through this?Sent from my SM-G981U using BariatricPal mobile app 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
AZhiker 2,253 Posted October 6, 2020 Nearly everyone experiences a stall at 3 - 4 weeks. You are doing all the right things. Stick with the plan. It will work. 3 GreenTealael, salasmarlene02@gmail.com and catwoman7 reacted to this
Tracyringo 503 Posted October 6, 2020 You had a revision and they typically lose slower. You are doing really well losing 20 lbs in less then a month !!! Congrats and keep up the good work. 1 1 GreenTealael and salasmarlene02@gmail.com reacted to this
The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted October 6, 2020 You seem to be doing great. The scale is the devil. It will lie to you. The fear that "this won't/isn't working" is a big one that most of us have faced. It will work for you if you work for it. It's a team effort, your part is to follow your plan. Keep up the good work, kill the scale. Good luck, Tek 1 salasmarlene02@gmail.com reacted to this
GottaBeBlair 11 Posted October 8, 2020 I agree with everyone else. Stalls are normal. Just remember with the DS that eating too few calories will also cause you to stall, or so my doctor told me. I am only a week out from my revision though. 2 Tracyringo and salasmarlene02@gmail.com reacted to this
