GivinItMyALL 169 Posted October 7, 2020 Get the Renpho scale from Amazon. It's awesome! Best of luck to you!!My scale arrived today, and it's really cool. Thanks again for the suggestion. If anyone is looking for a scale, this one is on sale AND has a $10 off coupon right now on Amazon. It cost me about $18.Sent from my SM-T290 using BariatricPal mobile app

GivinItMyALL 169 Posted October 15, 2020 So glad you like it!! I got mine last month, wish I had gotten it sooner! One question... Is your Water % in what you'd consider a normal range for the amount you drink? Mine seems to hover around 27% which is low, but I drink SO. MUCH. WATER. Like yesterday I had over a gallon (I am still pre-op) throughout the day, and that is pretty typical. Wonder if it's because the surrounding air is so dry here (my indoor humidity gauge has ranged from 1 - yes, 1 - to 12%) I simply cannot choke down any more water LOL... Makes me concerned about hydration post-op. I'll be doing nothing but drinking all day.

I don't know if there's a correlation to how much water we drink though? It says it's blood and lymph fluids, etc. I wish I had a better answer for you! GivinItMyALL 169 Posted October 15, 2020 Right, that's why I'm surprised mine seems to be between 26-27% with the amount of Water I consume. Maybe I'll try for 2 gallons today 😳 and see what that does.
