Meatball Recipe of some sort?

Recommended Posts

Help! I'm starting the maintenance diet this weekend and I'm really craving some good meatballs. I have a sodium limit of 2300 per day, and was looking for a recipe with either ground beef, chicken, or turkey. Thanks in advance!!

I am dying to make these! I just have to make a dent in all of the prepared meals I made and froze before I add to that stockpile. :)

Why do americans put cranberry in everything?

Off topic I know! I just wanna know. It is an odd thing for me - but what do I know, we eat meatballs with lingonberry🤣

Ha! Well, with that particular recipe, the fact that they're using sage in it means that they are trying to replicate the tastes of our Thanksgiving dinners: Turkey, stuffing/dressing which usually contains sage, and then cranberry for the cranberry sauce. I can't explain the gruyere cheese other than cheese just makes things better. :)

Get ground meat. Shape into balls. Cook.

Actually, Pandemonium's recipe looks darn good, I'd go with that. It looks a little more complicated than my recipe but it looks worth the effort.
