The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted September 28, 2020 Welcome to the forums. The simplest thing to do is return to your plan. It helped before, it can help again. Others will be along with other options. Good luck, Tek 3 Double_Me, krystel and tarotcardreader reacted to this

Sent from my SM-N960F using BariatricPal mobile app Have you thought about trying to log them? It can be fun if you use a planner with stickers : here is an example 2 ksgypsy and Double_Me reacted to this
Double_Me 133 Posted September 29, 2020 Echoing Tek, what was the guidance given by your surgeon/nutritionist post-op? I'm only a couple of months out so I am not out of the honeymoon period by any means and my advice may be off-base. But maybe looking at eating habits that are coming back into your life may shed some light on regain. Could be lots of snacking, ordering out, not tracking, rewarding yourself with food, etc... 4 hours ago, tarotcardreader said: Have you thought about trying to log them? Meadow76 150 Posted September 29, 2020 Maybe try this reset. It’s worked for me when stalled. Perhaps if you concentrate on this 5 day reset with success it will get you back on track. Good luck!
