Sconway500 10 Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) Hello everyone, I got my sleeve done on the 16th so 4 days ago. I am home now and following all instructions from my Dr. I keep getting this pulsating pain that last for just a second or two. It feels like its in my upper abdomen and i think its gas related but im not sure. It happens more when im laying down but it happens when sitting/standing also... any ideas? I also have some gurgling like when youre hungry is that normal? Edited September 20, 2020 by Sconway500

It feels like Gas more than heartburn, not really into my chest mostly like right at the top of my stomach under the breast area... i wanna say its almost like a cramping feeling. The Greater Fool 2,054 Posted September 20, 2020 Give a call to the Doc in the morning. Who knows what they encountered in surgery, so it may be totally expected or totally not. Either way, they are your medical team and the best source for information about you and what they did to you. While the kind hearted souls and curmudgeons like me want to share our experience and comfort, we are just voices in the dark. You had your innards messed with 4 days ago. You will have a lot of new sensations and experiences which will take time to learn and interpret. Fun times ahead for you. Enjoy the ride. Good luck, Tek
MandoGetsSleeved 443 Posted September 20, 2020 UGH - Haven't had that yet... As many others will tell you - Probably best to just call the doc in the morning if you aren't in excrutiating pain. Otherwise we'd all just be guessing. That being said, hope you feeling better soon!
