drawingdami 34 Posted September 14, 2020 I did and it was because my electrolytes were out of whack. The two main ones to help with muscle spasms are potassium and sodium. I am not a fan of Gatorade because it has a lot of salt, but no potassium. Cow and soy milk are high in potassium and have enough sodium per serving to help replenish your body's needs.
