Hello someone has made a restart to his pouch. That they would like to share, I have had my surgery 3 years ago but I have gained about 23 lb back. I want to go back. Any help Thanks

a 10-20 lb gain during year three is VERY common. I'm five years out and still there - and I have to fight like heck just to keep it there - 20 lbs heavier than my lowest weight!

I've pretty much given up on losing those 20 lbs because it would take cutting back a lot on my calories, which I'm apparently not willing to do. But...that's what it takes.
