Lip balm

I feel silly asking this. I love fruity lip balm & I use it a few times everyday. Has anyone found that fruity or other food flavored (cinnamon roll, etc.) lip balms make you crave food? I’m wondering if I should switch to unflavored.

not me - but if it does for you, switching to an unflavored version sounds like a good plan!

I rely on lip balms all year round and keep one with me or near me at all times.

My favorites are Burt's Bees, any of their fruity ones, but especially wild cherry. I cannot say as it has given me cravings, ever. I suppose if you're afraid of that, switch to a mint one. They have the benefit of a tingling sensation rather than the bland unflavored varieties.

I don't like the fruity or food-flavored ones as they do tend to make me want to eat, so I stick with plain unflavored. My new favorite is an exfoliating lip balm. It's Revlon Kiss.
