Sammi_Katt 303 Posted August 18, 2020 I had to stop doing Protein Shakes as soon as I was off liquid. They made me extremely sick, and that was after a lot of trial and error (whey, pea Protein, bone protein, etc.). I still can't do shakes, but I've started incorporating Protein Bars in my diet (on days when I'm out and about and don't have time to make food to eat, normally).
