jennyhenny0330 38 Posted August 4, 2020 So I've been consistently moving the scale everyday. I'm on day 20 and went from 249 surgery date to 228.2. catwoman7 11,220 Posted August 4, 2020 yep - the three-week stall - right on time! It usually lasts 1-2 weeks (mine was two weeks), but I know one woman whose three-week stall lasted for 3.5 weeks! (although that long is kind of unusual....). StarMonroe 8 Posted August 15, 2020 I start my fasting at 7:30pm until 11:30am. I’m in bed by 9 - 9:30. I have Pork rinds (zero calories) as a snack and Coke Zero . For lunch I will have a chicken salad or regular salad and a sensible dinner. I have been loosing 2 to 3 pounds a week.
