Mebadwow 10 Posted August 3, 2020 I decided to buy the Bariatric Fusion Multivitamins in the orange cream flavor, but I can’t seem to stand the taste of those any longer. Anyone have suggestions for one that taste good or if there are some that are easy to swallow? I used the fusion ones so I only had to worry about the B12, so any help would be appreciated. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
BigSue 1,394 Posted August 3, 2020 I bought sample packs of Bariatric fusion and Bari-Melts, and I much preferred the Bari-Melts. I recommend getting the sample pack first to make sure you like them. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

havethree 14 Posted August 4, 2020 I take sublingual (cherry flavor) B-12 from costco, the calcium chews from Celebrate, and a Flintstones complete. Along with a probiotic, and my Prozac (but those are capsules, which seem to be going down fine). My surgeon told me I only need the Flintstones Complete - but I'm worried about Calcium, just as a 44 year old woman - and don't want to end up with bone/teeth issues. The B-12 was just recommended by a friend who also had VSG - he said it can't hurt - you just pee out what you don't need. It's cheap enough from Costco, that I figured I'd try it. Haven't had any bloodwork yet - I'm due an annual with my internist - so no clue if this is working out ok. I'm also only 2 months post-op.
