Rara 26 Posted July 28, 2020 I've just discovered a young man on Facebook who does free, live workouts daily. Or you can catch the replay on YouTube. I do the workout for seniors because it's doable for me right now. Check it out: TheGuruofAbs. Fun, easy, just moving more than I have been.

JessLess 1,163 Posted July 29, 2020 I’m taking private Zoom Pilates classes 2x a week. The expense and having someone waiting for me is a strong incentive. I take my dogs for daily run/walks. We’ve been going for shorter one because I don’t want them to get heat stroke, but at least we get out daily. That’s what motivates me. Set appointment times really help me. riverwaters 34 Posted July 29, 2020 Early morning is key for me. If I wait it’s not going to happen. So now that COVID is here - I walk in the am with my husband. Started at 30 mins but now we do between that an an hour. We also just bought a rower-but that is going to take some time before I get going longer than 15 mins. They’re hard!
