hey my fellow sleevers, how often do you eat? 4 meals a day, 6 meals a day?

i tend to stick to four meals a day.

I do 4-5 tiny meals a day, and drink a couple of Protein waters to supplement. I am 3 weeks post op an in pureed stage, though...

I also eat 4-5 times a day. one of these meals is usually, but not always, a Protein Shake or Protein Water.
