Thank you Band!!!

I love my band! I feel so much better than I ever have. I have more energy than I know what to do with and because of this I can finally say my house is clean on a daily basis. I am not hiding much anymore and don't mind going out and doing things. I have more stamina in everything I do. I have lost 65 pounds and am 4 days short of six months. I can't beleive this! I can say honestly that it isn't always easy, but it has been a fabulous journey and well worth it. Through it all, I have so much to be thankful for and the old me is dead!

When I think about what I was like before, I can't believe I lived like that for forty+ years! You are SO right about the energy level and just the feeling of self-worth we get from knowing we're on the permanent right track!

When people ask in these threads whether it is really worth it (the Band and all of its rules), I cannot think of another thing in my life that has been this worthwhile!!!

I agree with you....I had listed on an NSV thread somewhere that my house is so much cleaner. No more dust bunnies or being able to write things in the dust. I have cleaned out closets and made more space for things.

I love my band too (except for the dreaded vomit episodes but hey at least the toilet is clean). It is like a dream world. I cannot believe that the old is back!

That is supposed to say that the old ME is back!! I had to type fast and get off the computer because my husband came home.....he thinks I am addicted to LBT, he may be right!
