OshunKilgore 18 Posted July 13, 2020 Hi I am new here. I had Gastric sleeve surgery on June 18,2020. In December when I first started seeing the Dr. I weighed 340lbs. By my surgery date I was 327lbs. As of last Monday I weighed 301lbs. I am 6'1". I was told to have the surgery or become paralyzed from the weight collapsing my spine. I started soft foods this week but am struggling to get the 80grams of Protein a day.
