Protein Powder

I would like to start getting more Protein into my daily diet by using Protein powder.

Can anyone recommend one that is good and affordable?

Here is what I propose to everyone: the whey Protein isolate powder is pure and mixes instantly with liquid. Now be sure NOT to get the whey Protein concentrate powder, as it uses lactose as a filler and does not blend easily in liquid.< /p>

I like Isopure which is available at GNC. It comes in a variety of flavors and all of them taste great. 1 scoop is 100 calories, 25g of Protein, and no carbs. Some people use 2 scoops for a hearty dose of Protein. I mix just one scoop with 1 cup of skim milk for Breakfast, and it keeps me full for several hours. Isopure was recommended to me by my nutritionist. They also have no carb juice that has 40g of protein.

Ask the manager of the GNC store when IsoPure will be going on sale. I have seen it from $30 - $56 for a 5 lb container.

I love IronTek by EAS in chocolate. It only has 3 grams of carbs and 120 calories. It is delicious!! Tastes like a chocolate milkshake!
