Almost 6 weeks post op revision surgery

Help!!! I'm almost 6 weeks post op. I stalled for about a week and when I weighed this morning, I had gained 3 lbs... is this normal? Also having trouble getting enough calories in. Any food suggestions? I have no Protein restrictions now.

it's all part of a normal weight loss pattern. Stick to your plan and the weight loss will start up again. Happened to me many times along the way!
