catwoman7 11,220 Posted June 23, 2020 yes. I gained 10 lbs between last summer and the end of the year (after the holidays). So far I have taken off five of it, but it has been an absolute BEAR. I have no idea if I'll be able to take off the remaining five. I look fine as I am and don't really need to lose it, but it's a mental thing with me. But to answer your question, yes - pretty much universally, it's WAY harder to lose weight the second time around (or third...or fourth...). I've vowed just to never let myself gain weight again - it's way too hard to get it off! 1 lachellove reacted to this
lachellove 486 Posted June 23, 2020 Yea I kept it off for 4 years this last year has gotten me I’ve recently started being the very disciplined person I was before. I became very relaxed and didn’t even realized I gained weight until I stepped on the scale by accident. Mostly graze eating. I’m hoping I can shed the extra weight I know it’s going to be hard.
