It's time. 145 Posted June 18, 2020 I'm one week post op and feeling good and off all pain meds and finally pooped. 10 pounds down and I feel like I'm onto the next level. My question is what are people keeping track of and how are they doing that? Are you counting calories, measuring food, Water, Protein, and/or fitness? Is there an app you like best to do all this? catwoman7 11,220 Posted June 18, 2020 (edited) I count all of that, but for the first few months, I just counted Water, Protein, and I weighed/measured food (I still do all that -- but after about the year mark, I started counting calories and fitness, too). I use sparkpeople, but that's an old one that most bariatric patients don't use anymore - most use something like My Fitness Pal. I never switched over because I've been using sparkpeople for several years, so all my records are in it from way back (even before I had WLS). If I was just starting today, though, I'd probably use a phone app like My Fitness Pal. Edited June 18, 2020 by catwoman7
havethree 14 Posted June 18, 2020 I track all of that in an app called Baritastic. It was free. I track all my food, Water, drinks, and exercise. I haven't used it for anything else - but I know it has other trackers. I started when I was doing the 6 months pre-op with the nutritionist, just to get into the habit. 1 mil_unloaded reacted to this
