ccs124 6 Posted June 10, 2020 Well after 9 months of weight loss and down 60lbs I was really struggling to lose more weight. I changed exercising routine using Orangetheory 2-3x a week to increase intensity. After seeing my physician at 11 months out I was about to start Trulicity to hopefully jumpstart my weight loss since exercise was not working. This all came to a halt when I thought well I have not had my menstrual cycle in months. Let’s just be sure and since I had a an extra pregnancy test in cabinet I took it. Let me say my cycle has always been irregular and I’ve had an IUD in place the last 2 years. So really thought I was humoring myself my taking the test. I am 38 and had no plans to add to my already family of 5. Well test was positive and turns out I’m almost 5 months pregnant. Not sure if it’s just that I’m the 1% that IUD failed or that weight loss some how contributed to my IUD misplacement. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
