RNY4ME2020 39 Posted May 19, 2020 Its been a LONG process but I have my date. I will be joining the looser bench on June 30th. I have had mixed emotions after getting my date. I keep asking myself I am making a good decision. Did anyone else feel this way? 1 1 Charlene065 and Lily66 reacted to this

NikkiOwl 24 Posted May 19, 2020 I am day 8 and I had those omg what did I do moments but then I realized I HAD to do this. There are things in life we don’t necessarily want, but need all the same. I had/have PCOS and my doctor told me there was pretty much no chance to lose the weight without surgery. I am down 15.5 lbs and already look at food differently. 2 1 Sticky1984, RNY4ME2020 and KrisM reacted to this
New&Improved 1,780 Posted May 20, 2020 I counted down everyday waiting I couldn't get the surgery done soon enough I only wish I had done it years earlier. It's the best choice don't stress about it. 1 1 Charlene065 and RNY4ME2020 reacted to this

Lily66 425 Posted May 20, 2020 Congratulations! Best, Best, Best decision I’ve made! And Yes, I questioned myself many times over it, but had tried, tried, tried and finally, IT WAS TIME! 1 RNY4ME2020 reacted to this
JRT Mom 919 Posted May 20, 2020 I think almost every one of us went through that "What the hell am I about to do to myself" phase, followed by the "What the hell did I DO to myself" phase. You are about to have major life changing surgery so you would have to be a rock not to have some emotions about it. Excitement and fear aren't very far apart on the spectrum, so you'll feel both at the same time! Good luck--YOU GOT THIS!!! 1 RNY4ME2020 reacted to this
