Some days I am super sick from anything I eat.. and other days I feel fine and it doesn't happen. And my Dr doesn't know what it could be. Sent from my moto g(7) supra using BariatricPal mobile app Hey! I think I’m going through something similar! I’m 4 years out and have been dealing with it since pretty much the beginning! I was told it’s IBS but now my surgeon is telling me dumping syndrome... I’m like you some days ok some days so sick... I thought dumping was only in bypass surgery, I’m sleeved so that’s why it never even cross my mind! Have you managed to get relief?

Can you tell me what reactive hypoglycaemia is and how you deal with it? it's when you have a reaction to sugar about an hour or two after you eat it. Your glucose level drops so much that you experience things like dizziness, brain fog, blurred vision, heart palpitations, sweating, and shaking. My PCP told me to eat something every 3-4 hours, and if I eat a carb, to always pair it with a Protein. Seems to have solved the problem...
