over65 133 Posted May 18, 2020 So far diet has been easy. I have two Protein Shakes and one frozen dinner like Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice. Less than 50g carbs per day and 1000 calories. Allowed Snacks like hardboiled egg, deli meat or string cheese. One Breakfast I mixed Protein Shake with sugar-free pudding mix. I wasn't hungry for hours. Been logging my food, Water and excercise. I've been eating 100+ g Protein and 100+ oz liquid. I usually end day with about 800 calories for the day and 40g carbs. Lost 3 pounds since Friday.
