bariutiful 72 Posted April 1, 2020 Can we drink live women Probiotics? My nut told me to drink some weeks before surgery but she never said if we can drink them after and if it’s beneficial 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted April 1, 2020 I've never taken them, but I don't see why someone couldn't...
rjan 164 Posted April 1, 2020 I've been regularly drinking my own kefir since one week after surgery. We're allowed to have yogurt (which does sometimes have live cultures in it, depending on the brand), so I don't see why you couldn't have other probiotics. 1 CammyC reacted to this

I have made my own and purchased store bought, she was fine with it as long as it was low sugar so I read the labels and am enjoying it again.
plain.sight 20 Posted April 2, 2020 I don't know about drinking probiotics, but I do take a daily probiotic. Talking with my nutritionist, she said that since I really don't like or consume much yogurt, that taking a probiotic would not be a bad idea. Otherwise, like my girlfriend does, if I ate a decent amount of yogurt, I probably wouldn't need it.
