Nedavsg 1 Posted March 28, 2020 Hey gang, I started having some relatively sharp/stabbing pinch like pain in my stomach... more to the left of my stomach under/below my rib cage Yesterday. I had my surgery December 16th 2019 and haven’t had this pain since a couple of weeks after surgery... do you think I should worry? Maybe I picked up my 35 pound daughter too much? Or ate too much ? I’m freaking out but I’m too scared to go get it checked because of covid! Thanks for your help/feedback! Neda 1 Mildred Rose reacted to this
Elda 0 Posted March 29, 2020 Hi Nedavsg, I get those and I also get the feeling of something twisting in my insides, I have no idea what that could be. I am 5 or 6 years out, it didn't happen until about 3 years ago.
Mshellwa 4 Posted March 31, 2020 I had the same type of pains and occasionally do still, my doctor told me it was most likely my body healing and re-arranging due to the weight loss. its a normal worry but if it is constant i would get it checked out. 1 Mildred Rose reacted to this
dee0128 6 Posted April 3, 2020 I think you're still healing...I had mine on November 6 and still feel little twinges and things here and there the location where you feel it is actually where your stomach is situated.Sent from my REVVLRY using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Mildred Rose reacted to this
Mildred Rose 2 Posted May 20, 2020 The same is happening to me. (Sorry my English, I speak Spanish) I’ve been feeling like sharp - pinch sometimes on my left side sometimes on my right. I had surgery Nov11,29 I’m worry but I don’t want to go (Covid19). I think I’ve been carrying bags for the super, etc but I thought I was healed after 6 months. I feel it every other day. Mildred Rose 2 Posted May 20, 2020 Nedav! Are you still feeling it?
Angelove22 5 Posted May 21, 2020 Medical clinics are going a long way to make sure patients are completely separated and they are cleaning everything really well. Also using a skeleton crew so I think if you take proper precautions you should be able to see your doc. Covid is one thing but twisted insides or an infection would be much worse
