I lost 23 pounds the first 2 weeks and it has been 5 weeks and I've only lost 12 more and that does not even last. I will gain a pound, loss a pound, gain 2 pounds. Any advice??

Yes switch up your calories and do some short term fasting - Remember this is a long journey and no two weeks will be the same

Go less calories on day and more the next It will help restart your body

You are doing better than me! I lost 13 the 1st 3 and 1 -2 the next 3 weeks! so, 7 weeks out and only 14 lb loss!
