catwoman7 11,220 Posted March 12, 2020 most surgeons do not recommend gummies. as far as Flintstones, the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery does not recommend children's Vitamins, but oddly, a lot of surgeons still suggest those (mine did - but I didn't take them because of the ASMBS recommendations). I take Centrum Silver or the generic equivalent (Walgreens and CVS both have generics of these). You have to take two a day to meet the requirements.
