Lolol, yes it do! Have to tell you about my grand daughter she is 2 and potty trained, I work from home and was in my office she adventured off into Nana's bathroom and turned on the bidet, my daughter comes home from school and said, "Mom, that toilet thing sprung a leak and wayer is everywhere!" Needless to say, Water was everywhere, so lesson learned to keep it turned on clean nozzle and the bathroom door shut! Lolol

Absolutely! Why is everyone worried about toilet paper, did I miss something?

Are you worried about bladder infections at all? This is verY tempting but I'm worried about the Water shooting up everywhere and bacteria entering the urethra. Thoughts?

Get a bidet attachment for your toilet. I literally don't know how people or I lived without one. Best thing for your tush ever.

I bought bidet sprayer attachment two years ago. Main reason was I could no longer reach my behind anymore. Haven't bought TP since. Was wonderful tool when prepping for colonoscopy. Europeans have the right idea.

The attachment I have has great control of spray and strength of spray to stream to bullseye. I use both front and back and never have any problem with spray from back to splash front due to precise aiming and angle it's used.

Be warned. If there is more than one person using it, one will inevitably forget to turn off the spray button. Your bathroom will get a spray all over the walls unexpectedly when you turn on valve. So you need to establish a ritual in the specific order you do everything. And I myself have forgotten twice and gave my walls a spraydown.
And if you have young children visit, almost guarnteed they will misuse it.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
