Chas74 56 Posted March 4, 2020 Today makes 3 weeks since surgery. The first 2 weeks I lost 30 pounds and 2 more the next day but NOTHING since. I've been doing everything I am suppose to do and don't know why I have not lost anything in a week. I know I'm not going to always lose a pound everyday but a week with no loss is killing me! Any advice??

AJ Tylo 1,399 Posted March 4, 2020 Jake said it we all have been stalled, Mix up your eating a little and do a 12 hour fast - Stop worrying about the per pound loss, this is a journey and your body is fighting back trying to stop the weight lose, stay on plan and you will win 1 Miss215 reacted to this
catwoman7 11,221 Posted March 4, 2020 do a search on the "three week stall". You'll find hundreds of posts on it. Happens to probably 99% of us. Just stay the course, stay off the scale, and your weight loss will start up again after a week or two.

DB in AZ 46 Posted March 4, 2020 To lose 30 lb in. the 1st few weeks is phenomenal. Don't get frustrated. I am 2 weeks out today and I've lost only 6 lb. I know it's a process so I'm not obsessing.
