When can I reincorporate taking extra Vitamin C? I am taking my bariatric multi Vitamin however I would like to add extra vitamin c to help my immune system. Thanks.

Vitamin C is walter soluable and any excess will be released in urine. So taking extra Vitamin C really won't help your immune system.

Talk with your surgical team, they may have guidelines on when it is all right to add supplements back in and some recommendations on what kind to look for.
