Itll be the one that gets me most the info I need to know I'm sure. I'm still not sure what my preop diet looks like, I know I'm supposed to be buying something called Impact shakes which has me worried. I'm picky about my protien shakes! 80sbabe 17 Posted March 11, 2020 I've learned so much today my dietitian gave me a menu of what I have to eat for each meal during my pre-op diet thankfully shakes are not on the menu until after surgery 😆

As long as I'm not on full liquid diet for as long as some of these guys say, I've seen some say 30 days! I think I'm 7 or 10 day for sure, hopefully 2 shakes a day and a specific meal. That's kinda close to what I do now. How long are you taking off work if that applies to you?
