lisamarie183 0 Posted November 28, 2007 Hi everyone, I have been reading everynight all the information I can get my hands on. I am going for my first fill Nov. 29th. I have done my five stage diet plan to a T. I'm still hungry!! I guess my biggest hurdle is in stressfull situations, I reach for food. I had my first episode last night and I'm feeling so guilty. My daughter called my up hysterical while I was eating dinner.......her car was broken into and laptop was stolen along with her pocket book. She is a college student and everthing was on it. I couldn't help her ..............so I ate a huge piece of ..Salmon... weird but I did it. I felt so sick after. It felt like a throbbing pain in my stomach. It was all around awful. nip50 2 Posted November 28, 2007 We all have these rough Patches to get through. Like you I have my first banding tomorrow the 29th. I can't wait. Hopefully it'll help with the hunger we've been feeling. At least when you overendulged it was with something good for you and not fatty carbs like chips or fried foods with lots of batter. You should be pleased with that. I probaby would have tried eating a bag of doritos or something equally bad. Good luck tomorrow. Let me know how it goes. lisamarie183 0 Posted November 29, 2007 Thanks, I guess I could of eaten something bad...but it was what was in front of me at the time and I did not portion it out and then the phone rang....and the rest is history.
