Uomograsso 364 Posted February 22, 2020 Just concentrate on hitting your daily Water an Protein goals for now. Remember to sip your water. A good goal is 4 ounces per hour. RCLITE 0 Posted February 23, 2020 Thank you Uomograsso Good info, I been worried about the Water intake, Was not sure how much water i could consume in a day. today marks my 7th day since surgery. looly 361 Posted March 28, 2020 Hi Rob! I was over 50 when I had my op, and it worked a treat - over 120 lbs gone so far. I wasn't given lots of detailed instructions about macros, so I didn't feel overwhelmed. I was told to favour Water and Protein, but otherwise to eat a healthy diet in very small portions and to take dietary supplements. I was told to gradually build up my exercise levels.
