Chas74 56 Posted February 18, 2020 So, I had my revision on the 11th and I'm at my post op appointment. I just met with the dietician and she sure busted my bubble when she told me not to expect to lose the weight like I did before. I'm going to ask the doctor when he comes in but that was a very discouraging thing to hear. Has anyone else been told this? 1 Losingit2018 reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,430 Posted February 18, 2020 Sorry she burst your bubble. You may lose slower but can do well enough of you are very diligent. Definitely confirm the plan with your surgeon. Good Luck 🌈
Chas74 56 Posted February 18, 2020 It's not like I thought it would be as easy, I'm not that stupid. She could have been more supportive but that's not her job.

Hey Hey Hey... Its ok because support can come in many forms ... Like stark realities or scientific data But Prove them all wrong, achieve your goals & live your best life 💪
Chas74 56 Posted February 18, 2020 That's why I love this site. This is where I go to for my support. This first thing I wanted to do when I left there was go eat something.
Losingit2018 1,170 Posted February 19, 2020 I revised from sleeve to rny 3 months ago. I had hernia repair with mesh. So far I am down 42 pounds and very happy about it! Only less than 20 to goal and I have no doubt at all that I will get there. 1 beaker27 reacted to this
