Dani B 0 Posted February 18, 2020 Hello I recently gained a few pounds. I am shocked! I am under 600 calories a day and I exercise pretty much EVERYDAY. I did the surgery last month. Did anyone experience this ? Thanks Dani B
Lynda486 784 Posted February 18, 2020 I drive myself crazy with the scale. But, I know that my weight will fluctuate all over the place and to not let it get to me. Make sure to take your measurements, because when the scale doesn't move, you will be losing inches!
catwoman7 11,220 Posted February 18, 2020 Constipation? Water retention? That time of the month? Any of those can cause a slight gain. 1 Uomograsso reacted to this

The scale should not be used as the only measurement of your weight loss success, I have experienced STRONG desires to fling my scale like a Frisbee in the general direction of the nearest wall. Measurements and photo's need to be added to your process to track progress.
