I know you said you aren't tolerating chicken well yet, but I do ground chicken, onion and taco seasoning. Because the chicken is ground it was easier for me until I could tolerate regular chicken. It's still something I make at least a couple of times a week. You can also mix in a can of Beans if you want. It will make around 6 meals...

I know chicken nuggets sounds bad, I promise these are not so bad at all. They are made with only chicken and the "crust", and have about 130kcal pr 100 gram. Chicken has about 120 kcals pr 100gram lean.

I have chicken breast strips in the freezer i can cover in paprika and breadcrumbs to cook in the oven when I'm ready for solids 😊

If I'm really not wanting to prepare a meal but want something warm to eat:

- microwave rice with Japanese spice mix on top (add some microwaved frozen veg to it and/or tofu), top with a bottled sauce if desired.

- scrambled tofu is a really quick meal, maybe fry some onions with it, eat with flat bread

- oven roasted vegetables with a yoghurt based dip needs some time because of the roasting but it only takes a few minutes of work

If I don't want something warm:

- some sort of veggie cold cuts and varieties of bread, eat with pickled and/or raw vegetables

A lot of good tips. Thank you. I’ve since been able to tolerate a little chicken. I recently tried green smoothies and like em.
