Lynda486 784 Posted February 16, 2020 I have been working so hard to keep my calories up at around 1000/1100. My fitnesspal kept telling me if I keep eating this way I will weigh 158 in 5 weeks. I was getting pretty frustrated because the scale stayed at the same 169/170 for 3 weeks. I have been really focusing on getting my Protein in, if I was hungry I would eat some roasted chicken (I even bought myself a rotisserie chicken just for that reason) Well today much to my happy surprise I dropped 2.5 pounds! I guess the Nutritionist knows what she is talking about. This week I am going to focus on getting more exercise in, and hopefully kick it up up even more. 1 ms.sss reacted to this

catwoman7 11,220 Posted February 16, 2020 stalls are really common. I had several of them. As long as you're sticking to your plan, all you can really do is wait it out and stay off the scale if you have to. 1 Lynda486 reacted to this
JRT Mom 919 Posted February 16, 2020 But they are SOOOOOOO frustrating! How can you be eating around 800 calories a day, not cheating AT ALL and have the scale not budge an ounce? I always went "Yeah, right" when I'd see a person on My 600 Pound Life complaining to Dr Nowzaradan that the scales must be wrong because they weren't cheating and not losing, but I certainly get it now! 1 Lynda486 reacted to this
