Especially since it was more challenging than most to put it mildly. My food progress is slow but it’s a good thing I’m creature of habit and can get into a routine of eating certain things based on what’s available and how I “plan” it. I’m not the best at it but I work with what I can. As you get to smaller portions of more dense Protein and healthy fats you stay full longer as well. I’ve always been a weird eater.
