AJ Tylo 1,399 Posted February 5, 2020 There is not one person in here who has not had head games! No doubt you re not alone, yes this is very difficult to adjust to the new life of healthy and fit! Vs the old life that would have killed us all! As for loving myself Im a guy so not into all that emotion, but surely alot happier Good luck 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted February 5, 2020 I had to forgive and let go of my former self. Find adventures, make up for lost time, do the things your body wouldn't allow you to do. remember the things you enjoyed as a kid, take time for yourself and discover who you are and what brings you joy. 1 Briswife15 reacted to this
bariutiful 72 Posted February 10, 2020 Thank you everyone! Don’t get me wrong I am super happy that I had surgery and feeling healthier and I’m totally happy with my decision.. I just feel that when I was chunky I loved myself and I knew who I was within.. and recently I’ve been having mental battles where I question who am I now, I feel like I have to re find myself like I’m a total complete different person.. I feel happy with my results and health but it’s became mentally hard within
