kristieshannon 1,668 Posted February 4, 2020 You can lift weights to tone your arm muscles, and after you hit goal you may see some slight forming up over time. However, surgery is the only way to get rid of the extra skin post massive weight loss. 2 GreenTealael and sillykitty reacted to this
JRT Mom 919 Posted February 4, 2020 I'm 65 and have world-class granny flaps. Seriously, I could kill someone if I whacked him upside the head with them. I never go sleeveless. If you are young enough your skin could tone up, but like kristieshannon said, sometimes surgery is the only solution. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

GreenTealael 25,436 Posted February 5, 2020 Some exercises will work to strengthen muscles and fill in the loose area but if its truly just a lot of skin surgery is the best bet. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

Sandra Nuelken 419 Posted February 6, 2020 I'm almost 73, so now I have grown to live with my body. I'm married for 48 years, so the only one I have to impress is me. Too bad it took so long to figure this out. BTW I had skin removal after the band and almost died. I threw 3 blood clots. Now I am what I am.
