Revision weight loss

I am at my goal weight of 175~180. I have to revise to RNY due to intractable GERD.

Has anyone else reviewed at their goal weight? What I really want to know is how much weight loss should I expect. If you have revised, how many pounds did you lose.

I converted from VSG to RNY at my goal weight. Initially i lost a about 10lbs easily but worked (ate 😂) to get back to my normal goal.

It is possible to maintain if you are diligent. If i eat weight loss mode - I lose, if I indulge just a little every now and again- I maintain, if i go overboard - I gain.

As always talk to your Surgeon and come up with a realistic plan 💚

Oh BTW , GERD is gone 🙌
