over65 133 Posted February 1, 2020 NP at bariatric center said a lot of patients find this laxative "Slow Tea" effective. I have tried, psyllium Fiber, Miralax and stool softeners. Fiber produces large, bulky, hard-to-pass stool. Nothing helps. My Constipation is due to medications I take.Sent from my SM-T580 using BariatricPal mobile app

Taj 125 Posted February 5, 2020 Smooth Move been using it for over twenty years and no dependence developed. Before surgery I was regular and using the tea maybe once a week. I’m having a hard time now simply because my body is freaking out. lol
Taj 125 Posted February 5, 2020 Here’s a pic of the box. They sell it everywhere-GNC, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Whole Foods, and many grocery stores
over65 133 Posted March 11, 2020 My GI doctor said if used often, this tea dyes your GI system dark BLACK. She's done a number of EGD and colonoscopy where she could not see anything but black tissue. I don't know how long it takes for the tissue to return to normal color.I used this once and had cramping and diarrhea in the morning for over an hour. Probably not for me.
