LRS1983 0 Posted January 30, 2020 Hi All. So I'm 2.5 weeks post OP and I'm finding this new stomach of mine difficult to navigate to say the least. I drank a Protein Shake clearly WAY to fast and now I feel horrible (bloated and a little nauseous). Did I stretch my stomach and do damage? I'm very anxious of that happening. Any wisdom you all have would be greatly appreciated!
AJ Tylo 1,399 Posted January 30, 2020 No you filled the tank to capacity and it is letting you know - You should be drinking them by the ounce not the glass, I suggest till you know your limits that you drink 2 oz every so often about 6 times a day You will get the hang of it - Slow down and take your time 2 AngieBear and epicdreams2020 reacted to this

crzyfemme18 0 Posted February 20, 2020 I had that happen, and occasionally still does if I eat a little fast. It is hard to keep it slow enough, but I usually found resting a bit, and rubbing my stomach helped. Definitely go slowly.
