iamonmywaytogoalweight 0 Posted January 29, 2020 So it’s been almost 3 years since I had surgery and have been the same weight now for almost two- I work out tried diet pills and can’t seem to lose weight Not sure what’s happening I really want to get to goal weight I am starting to track calories again because maybe km not paying attention to how many calories I’m having... any other thoughts? catwoman7 11,220 Posted January 29, 2020 that's what I would do. You're evidently eating at your maintenance level - so start tracking to figure out what that maintenance level IS. Once you know that, try cutting 100 calories/day for a couple of weeks. If nothing happens, cut 100 more. Rinse and repeat. Eventually you'll hit a level where you're losing weight again.
