I had surgery 2 weeks ago and am not losing I lost 4 pounds and have stayed the same for a week is this normal?!?!

I would think yes. Revisions don't usually result in lightening fast results. But additionally, you also are dealing with the inflammation from the surgery, plus the fluids you received via IV. So it will take time. Additionally, some people don't really start losing until they are able to eat normal food rather than Protein Drinks. Some people find Protein drinks actually slow their losses. I was one of those people, so I do have a bias. Protein drinks were very insulinogenic for me.

Stay the course, and follow your doc's and RDs plan to the letter! And do the head work! Also, come join us for our weekly support meetings (live online in a private meeting room)!
